much needed rant.
Lately, I've noticed that "The Da Vinci Code" has been appearing on the favorite books lists of many a Web dweller and it really bothers me. One word comes to mind when I think of that book: "severelyoverrated".
If you enjoyed the kind of secret society intrigue found in that book - which really wants to be a screenplay (kaching!) - try out "Foucoult's Pendulum" or "Name of the Rose" from Umberto Eco. These books are much richer, complex.
Okay. Back to slumber.
